We invest in several asset classes such as residential, office, retail, warehouse, hospitality. Our strategy is mixed: we focus on both yield-generating assets and value-added assets.

To date, Inventis holds around twenty assets under management for its own account and/or on behalf of its investor partners. We act as a true asset manager and operating partner intervening at all phases of the real estate asset’s life cycle. We oversee its entire operational implementation, from its conception to its arbitration, through its value creation.
